RETURN POLICY

WE WANT YOU TO ABSOLUTELY LOVE YOUR SPILLED MILK ITEMS. IF FOR ANY REASON YOUR ITEMS WERE'NT QUITE RIGHT FOR YOU, YOU ARE WELCOME TO RETURN IT TO US WITHIN 7-10 DAYS OF RECEIVING YOUR ORDER FOR A REFUND OR AN ONLINE GIFT VOUCHER. ITEMS RETURNED OUTSIDE OF THIS PERIOD WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED.

IN ORDER TO RECEIVE AN EXCHANGE OR REFUND, THE FOLLOWING REQUIREMENTS MUST BE MET:

  • ALL EXCHANGES/RETURNS MUST BE PROCESSED AND SHIPPED WIHTIN 7-10 DAYS FROM THE DATE YOU RECEIVED YOUR ORDER.
  • ALL ITEMS MUST BE IN THEIR ORIGINAL, UNWORN AND UNALTERED CONDITION WITH ALL TAGS STILL ATTACHED.
  • PROOF OF PURCHASE MUST BE SUPPLIED ALONG WITH AN ORDER NUMBER.
  • SALE ITEMS WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED FOR RETURN, EXCHANGE OR CREDIT NOTE. PLEASE CHOOSE CAREFULLY BEFORE PURCHASING.

THE CUSTOMER WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR THE SHIPPING COSTS ASSOCIATED WITH ANY RETURNS/EXCHANGES UNLESS THE RETURN FALLS INTO THE FAULTY OR DAMAGED CATEGORY.

IT IS ADVISED THAT YOU USE A TRACEABLE METHOD AND TAKE NOTE OF YOUR TRACKING NUMBER WHEN POSTING BACK YOUR ITEMS, SPILLED MILK WILL NOT BE RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY ITEMS LOST DURING TRANSIT AND WE WILL BE UNABLE TO PROCESS THE RETURN. FOR INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMERS, IT IS NOT SPILLED MILKS RESPONSIBILITY TO PAY ANY DUTIES AND TAXES INVOLVED WITH YOU RETURNING YOUR ITEMS.

UNFORTUNATELY, ONCE YOU PLACE AN ORDER IT IS NOT POSSIBLE FOR US TO MODIFY THE ORDER. PLEASE ENSURE YOU REVIEW YOUR ORDER CAREFULLY BEFORE CONFIRMING AT CHECKOUT. IF YOU WISH TO ADD TO THE EXISTING ORDER YOU WILL NEED TO PLACE A NEW ORDER.

UNFORTUNATELY, ONCE YOU PLACE AN ORDER IT IS NOT POSSIBLE FOR US TO COMPLETE ANY CANCELLATION REQUESTS ONCE SHIPMENT IS PREPARED. PLEASE ENSURE YOU REVIEW YOUR ORDER CAREFULLY BEFORE CONFIRMING AT CHECKOUT.

IN RARE CIRCUMSTANCES TECHNICAL DISCREPANCIES OCCUR WITHIN THE ONLINE STORE. IN THE CASE YOU HAVE PURCHASED AN ITEM NO LONGER AVAILABLE YOU WILL BE NOTIFIED VIA EMAIL AS SOON AS THE ISSUE IS BROUGHT TO OUR ATTENTION AND GIVEN A REFUND OR AN ALTERNATIVE PREFERRED RESOLUTION.
